I think it was determined somewhere that adding lemon juice (from a whole organic lemon) to water was the fastest way. I would do that or drink freshly squeezed orange juice.
Some other things I have done was to take a tablespoon of organic honey (not the commercial junk) to rebalance ama. Taking MH's or Dr. Christopher's herbal calcium (or BF+C), makes sense to me, because when our bodies go acid we lose the calcium from our bones.
One tablespoon of molasses, gives me a quick way to get back on track whenever I have eating an improper meal which yields excessive amounts of sodium. One tablespoon has 730 mg of potassium - even higher than one orange has!
