A good diet will surely lower your cholesterol. I know for a fact that liver flushing can lower cholesterol levels. If you have a congested liver chances are your chosterol is a result of the congestion. I have done 16 liver flushes to date and have had a history of mildly elevated choleterol levels. In 1 1/2 years my total cholesterol has gone from 202- 179. LDL from 131-109. I just got my results 2 weeks ago. Keep flushing, MH has a liver flush kit, eat a healthier diet and avoid processed foods. Check your cholesterol levels again in a year and you should notice a difference.
