Re: Question: "sprouting" vs. "growing"

Hello unyquity there is a differance between growing and sprouting.Growing is done to maximize nutrient density and yeild. The most nutritous grass is grown as close to the jointing stage as possible. In a growing medium,or in the soil itself.Tray grown grass hits the jointing stage faster than soil grown grass. However tray grown grass is limited by the tray, root binding.Using a growing medium is labor intensive, but well worth it.It truly is where sprouting meets gardening, the best of both worlds.Maximizing nutrient density will intensify the taste of the grass!
