Way to go,succesfull growing is very rewarding in itself.How much juice did you get from the flat you grew?I also grow outside,using growracks with shadecovers to keep the critters away.Here in central ILL. the growin is good for now.Im averaging 10ozs. a tray for wheatgrass and 12ozs. a tray for barly in 11/21 inch trays.Mold is not an issue,but birds and squirrels are!I keep them occupied by leaving a coupple of harvested flats out for theme to pick at.What was your growing medium made of?And where did you get your seed from?Hope you dont mind sharing info!Happy growing!!
