It is from Hal Huggins:
8. Why is vitamin B-12 as a supplement or additive dangerous?
Many Universities have published articles on the ability of Vitamin B-12 to convert mercury vapor into the much more deadly “Methyl mercury”. Methyl mercury knows no barriers, and creates far more havoc than other mercury chemicals, because of its ability to travel anywhere in the body without inhibitions. Sometimes the effects of high doses of Vitamin B-12 (over 50 micrograms) take months to correct.
David G. Schwartz, M.D.:
Glutathione is not usually well absorbed from the G.I. tract, but it binds mercury, so taking a dose immediately before the dental procedure and another dose immediately afterward can bind mercury that may get swallowed.
As for my own experience, I took 100mcg of B12 to manipulate a urine mercury test, ground it up and swallowed it (I had 9 fillings and had been ill from them over 30 years at the time). BIG mistake. I was never so sick in my life. I learned the hard way that Hal was right. Some might not get that ill from it, but they just might.
After removal, that night, I took B12 again, along with over 20 other chelators and I was fine. In fact, I felt great for the first time in my life and continued to improve every day; I took the chelators every day for 4 months. Why I got so ill before could have had to do with not taking any other chelators with it, don't know, as it may have mobilized a lot of it and I had no binding chelators to pull it out of the body. But, at least I know if one has mercury fillings and they take B12 alone, they can get very ill.
