What worked for me, and I was in what seemed to be a constant gallbladder attack:
Diet changes helped tremendously. The thing that kickstarted my wellness was when MH told me to eat as much of my diet as fruit as I could because it is the easiest to digest. A year later, I'm still eating at least one meal a day that is mono-fruit. I eat all I want of one kind of fruit. Today's lunch is 3 huge organic red pears.
A major key would seem to be that you need a flush routine until you have 3 flushes in a row that are stone free, every 2-4 weeks. I did 16 HC flushes in that many months.
To cope with the pain until my liver/gallbladder quit hurting naturally, I drank lemon water (I literally kept lemons in my desk drawer at work for when it happened at work) or warm water with a pinch of epsom salts or warm water with acv and stevia. They all work, I just rotated them.
