I do find the smell of wheatgrass juice makes me feel nauseous. I also find that it is rather strong to drink straight up. I am able to take it down most efficiently when I add one drop of peppermint oil per ounce of wheatgrass juice.
I like the sound of your method as well. I take it to mean that you mix 8oz for two people (4oz each) and that you consume 8oz of liquid (1oz of which is wheatgrass) per hour for 4 hours.
I am really interested to learn more about the corelation between how constipated a system is and the degree to which the smell of wheatgrass makes you feel ill. Is there any reading material on this? Where did you discover this.
