sorry it took so long, but if you were to post a question on my blog I would have seen it much sooner...
Anyway, I'm quite good at HTML and stuff, so I did my web sites mainly manually in notepad when I was a newbie. But now I mainly use frontpage. I know many people that use dreamweaver and swear by it. There are many WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) type of programs out there, but these two are in my opinion excellent
to work with.
However (depending on what your needs are) you can now get excellent content management tools so you can create your own blogs and "normal" web sites. I really recommend you take a look at http://www.wordpress.com
It's very easy to install to your server and it's free! If you want, you have several cool plugins and themes, some of which you have to pay for. In my opinion, it's the best choice. You could also use http://www.blogger.com to create blogs on their servers or on your own. All you have to do is insert a few lines of text (path to your web site and such) and you're set. Very easy to do.
Here's an example of my newest blog/site. I use wordpress (it's the most "out-of-the-box" template for now, but it still looks OK). Soon I'll add some graphic to it and it'll look excellent. Anyway, here's my new blog:
Now, to go for the second question... I'd say that good marketers have a few of their best affiliate programs but are always on the lookout for new opportunities. Several people now have their own affiliate programs, but for a newbie, I'd really recommend only www.clickbank.com and http://www.cj.com -- the first one is by far the easiest to use. Learn to sell for clickbank first. Soon you might want to even create your own product and have other affiliates promote it for you through clickbank...
The third question... Well, I use solely http://www.godaddy.com and I think that most of the top Internet marketers use it. It's cheap (domains from $7! -- of course it depends on which ones) and till now I've had no problems with it.
Hope you succeed and thank you for reading my articles. If you have any more questions, please post a comment on my blog, either:
