I'm just saying that this is not the MC. What is described in that testimonial is one individual's variation on what started out as the MC. I look at it this way - would you rather go by the book and follow something that thousands of people have tried successfully, or do you want to try one person's variation on that? And with this particular guy, Espen or Esben or whatever his name is, all of his variations almost eclipse the Master-Cleanse as written (Espen recommends, among other things, taking broth when the Master-Cleanse says absolutely nothing except the lemon drink, the teas, the SWF, and water; doing enemas when the Master-Cleanse strictly advises against them at all times, etc. etc. etc.)
I don't think variation is always bad - sometimes it is necessary. But I strongly believe that before you should change something, particularly something that has worked so well and for so long and for so many people, you should try it the original way first. The question is, do you want to do the MC? or something else?
