Can anyone give me information on the shelf life of coconut oil? Does it get rancid if not kept in the refrigerator- reason I ask is because I found what seems to me to be a great deal on a gallon and I am wondering if it would be cheap because it's old. Also am wondering what the shipping charges might be for a gallon! LOL
