i just recently covered this on the Iodine supplementation forum.
the reason you are going low is because you have an organification problem. your body is not able to utilize the Iodine it has. by taking more iodine, you are, according to the study findings, not only excreting all the Iodine youre taking, but you are probably excreting even more, depriving your body of what little it had in the first place. the b2 and b3(i think non-flushing iodine is worthless and so do the docs), helps to resolve this problem. after two weeks on them, i would go up to 50mgs. that problem should be handled and you will start to feel warmer and smarter.
