Barefoot has complete instructions on the longevity spices page - scroll far down and you will find it - I just got my pre-cleanse kit today as well and I am excited to begin and also a bit trepidatious

Also Doc Sutter gave me a procedure to follow that would be an alternate to barefoots - if you scroll down a bit it is probably on this page or the previous one.
