If its not a formula listed in the Dr. John R. Christopher books or somewhat explained in the books he wrote, then you can search the world over and find more gimmick formulas than you can live long enough to self-experiment with. All you can do is go with what the sales person has written in order to get you to bite.

Book I takes all the guess work out, it used no herbs.
