Thanks Milly and keep up the good work yourself. I know what a battle those first couple of days especially can be! When I get stressed now, (not due to the fast but to outside influences) I am focussed on the fact that I am 'past the point of no return' in that it would take too long to break the fast properly and then get started again, so I can be strong enough to keep going. In the first few days that reasoning doesn't hold and it's all too easy for the mind to take an easy way out at the first sign of stress or weakness of will.
