Telman, were you referring to the herbal liver flush?
...In your R post above, if you were referring to the herbal
Liver Flush tea preferred by White Tiger, I am one of those who will testify to its amazing effectiveness.
It was nearly a year ago that it caused sharp sensations of 5 or 6 very hard stones dropping one at a time from my liver to what seemed like a 'holding' place just above the gallbladder.
I felt they were graduated in size, large to smaller, took place when I was moving about the kitchen (with my arms up...mostly while doing dishes), over two or three days, and I think it was on my second or third round of drinking the tea for, say, 3, 4, or 5 days.
The sharp pains, which made me cry out and lower my arms, were somewhat manageable, but I learned to sit down to alleviate them.
The first stone to drop was the largest, I felt...and it seemed to settle into the gallbladder. Days later it moved into the common bile duct where it seemed to 'zip' back and forth as far as end of that duct, for months, but not pass into the duodenum.
The other stones seemed sharp and wanting to move at times, but I concluded they were in some place above the gallbladder and duct, at that time. They quietened after a while.
I did try the tea again, once or twice, but could feel no result. My conclusion then was that the tea was effective on the liver but not the gallbladder or duct...at least, not mine. I don't recall taking any magnesium drink, which I would today.
I felt no real pain in subsequent months, only 'prickles' around the pancreas, at what appeared to be the end of the bile duct, and on the extreme right of the gallbladder.
I wondered what the blockage might be, and was warned about tumors.
Closely watching the way I felt, I began to suspect parasites...so I did two rounds of Humaworm, finishing the second a week or so ago. I had very few possible signs of
parasites leaving, but feel those cleanses did me much good.
Somewhere between the first and second rounds I seemed to lose the 'zipping' stone, though there were no visible signs.
The prickle at the end of the common bile duct continues, from time to time. I also have felt sharp 'bites' particularly at the left and right sides of my waist, and elsewhere, sometimes. Probably these were related to nerves reacting to toxins, I guess.
Since you know about the pancreas, the 'prickle' I once felt was on the outside left of my pancreas has stopped, and so have the 'slithering' feelings in the same area.
Today, I was going to do my first olive oil/grapefruit/
Epsom Salts flush, for the current gallstone heavy in my gallbladder...but I felt so good just going without fats till mid-afternoon, that I decided to have one of my best salads ever, instead.
Now I read Hanna's comment not to do a
Liver Flush when one is constipated. Glad I stalled!
Your remarks about salads are right on! Mine, today, gave me a good bathroom experience this evening. (And I am learning a thing or two about brown rice these days.)
Do you happen to recall anything about 'stuck' stones or possible blockages in the region of the end of the common bile duct?
I have been feeling so fine that I would hate to upset the applecart with a loud explosion...irresistible force meeting an imovable object, so to speak.
Thank you for posting your experiences. These are the things we need to know. You have been my teacher, and I can only guess at how many will be informed over the years ahead.
If it matters, eating Chinese does me no good. Innocently, the folks who run the restaurant where we go have been given little round red stickers to put up...No
Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) Added.
The key word being 'Added', of course.
The cooks use commercial broth mixes, I feel certain. I am learning to use crushed dried kelp in my broths, and veggies I slow simmer. We will be using the winter squash we dried and powdered, too.
My best,
