cod liver oil got a bad reputation for tasting awful when people did'nt know that you needed to keep it cold so they would just leave it out and it would get rancid. The Carlson's Cod liver oil comes in a glass bottle and it is also got a slightly lemony taste - I guess added to make it have some kind of taste - in reality I think it hasn't got any taste. It is supposed to be one of the best kind of EFA's you can take.

It is best to go on line to order it as it costs about 2x as much in the H.F. stores. I get 16 oz. for about 20 bucks and the stores charge as much as 40 bucks a bottle but usually mid thirties. I will get a couple of bottles at a time.

Maybe I will experiment with it but I am enjoying the coconut oil because it tasted sooooo good! I may be getting addicted... LOL Tweet
