I did 20 minutes on the elliptical today, forward and reverse, in addition to the weight bearing exercise. I can still feel the injury, however it was not painful to work through the exercise. Yesterday I went up and down stairs.
Seem to be recovering from this very quickly... almost faster than I can remember even as a teen. The Sports Doctor stated 7 to 10 days before I would be able to "attempt" gentle work outs... it has been 4.
