I'm so impressed with what you have done - it is awesome! I too have lost weight - 22 lbs. so far and I am on my way back to what used to be my natural weight. Just now my sweetie was telling me how beautiful I look and what a wonderful glow I have about me. It was unsolicited too! So that's good but I am mostly happy that I now am ENJOYING eating fruits and vegetables and have had no meat or grains or any kind of junk food for 3.5 weeks now. I just finished my dinner and I was amazed at how food little satisfied me... I'm sure you know what I mean.

I used to live on Maui Donna - and let me tell you something - SPEND A LOT OF TIME IN THE WATER. Hawaii water is healing water. I once went in very sick and came out totally well! I was blown away because at first I thought I should not go in because of this awful flu I was having - well it was gone forever after 20 minutes in that water. Of course I had just done a master cleanse right before I got the flu which was probably part of the cleansing process.

Hawaii is out in the middle of the pacific and the trade winds are blowing every day and the energy is so amazing!!! you are gonna love it. Which island are you going to?
If it's Maui I can tell you some good spots to check out that are a bit less traveled by the tourists.

I am not as far along in my process as you are and I am considerably older than you are I think - I am 62. I am now awaiting my pre-cleanse kit to get me started and I will go from there. I think you said you started the O.J. fast after completing the pre-cleanse? I intend to do at least a 5 day apple cider fast - ( I am trying to be a locovore as much as possible so I will use apples because they grow here and you have to go to Southern Cal to grow oranges.

Anyway Donna - congratulations - you are inspiring!
