I am doing very well.

Never did get any bruising. Edit: No Bruising is one of the Benefits of Alkalizing and having enough Reserves of Alkaline Minerals in our body! End of Edit.

With the exception of a twinge or "gotcha" moment due to moving faster than I should, or an awkward movement it does not hurt when I walk.

I considered doing a very low key, brief workout on my mini trampoline, but thought I had better not and stuck to weights and body resistance exercises...
