I get the butter from my market here. Non US butter has a 1-year from production expiration date. So, if the expiry date is April 2008, it was made in April 2007. Northern hemisphere butter, this will be spring. Southern hemisphere, just adjust by 6 mos. My favs come from Ireland and Denmark. Beats anything made on the North American continent, plus, no hormones. Irish is my pref'd. Cod liver oil is Carlson's brand. There is a better one, but costs $ 150 a pint. Maybe next month I"ll get some.

Can't help but wonder about the health of children made from a healthy mother, knowledgeable in this stuff. Would be a rare woman.
