Hi, I know how you feel..
If you can get your hands on Sun Chlorella or Kyo-Green powder (I mix it with Apple Juice), try those.
Those two did me a world of good with similar symptoms.
Also, if you can grow Wheatgrass and juice it, that would be even better, even just 1
oz per day.
What else helped the most- A couple of grams of Vitamin C (Now Brand Calcium Ascorbate powder) mixed with not-from-concentrate OJ, or a 16
oz glass of my own homemade
Colloidal Silver (5ppm).
I felt better by the following day with any one of, or a combination of those things above. My guess is the Green stuff and the Vitamin C will evoke your best responses.
You might also benefit much from Beef Gelatin, Glucosamine/Chondroitin and Pectin, but try the Green stuff first.
