I wish you were here so I could show you the technique my old Korean chiropractor - nutritionist showed me a long time a go. It is a lymph clearing technique. I had a lump in my breast at the time and he told me to do it every day for a minute or so 3x a day and he said in a week the lump will be gone. I did it and it worked!

I will try to describe it but maybe you could find some one who knows it where you live - you don't happen to live in the S. F. Bay area by any chance do you? LOL I could show you in person if you do.

Anyway what you do is you very swiftly and extremely lightly almost not even touching the skin brush with your finger tips where the lymph gland is clogged. You lift your arm up like for a breast exam while doing it. He had me do it from the nipple out to the edge of the breast in this case but it is not the only place to do it. I think the lymph glands in this case are kind of under the arms. So you could picture a circle with radiating lines coming out from the center like the sun and do this for a few times all the way around. He said I would not ever have to worry about lymph glands clogging if I did this every day - Of course in typical human fashion I usually don't now that the problem is gone.

I hope that is of some help. Of course I am not suggesting it as a substitute for your usual therapy which seems to be working for you, but just as a possible addition to help with the clearing.
