Why don't you try a simple and healthy Diet like eating a green salad everyday with small chunks of free range chicken. Keep it simple. You do not have to eat alot of food as an adult. You only need 1 or 2 meals a day. In between meals try a good green drink like Wheatgrass or Barley grass. I'm not sure about Spirulina, it didn't do well with my system. I had complications with spirulina. Drink more water. Try about a gallon a day. I have tons of health problems but I do notice a difference big time when I drink alot of water a day. My skin clears up, I'm not as photosensitive when I go out, I feel better and I eat less when properly hydrated. Take a good vitamin supplement.

Then exercise. Get a good gym membership and exercise at least 4 x's a week.
Get a good doctor and do physical exams annually. Get blood work done.
You can do a Colon Cleanse every once in awhile if you like. I do Holistics Horizons. It is more like a fiber type program and works good for me.
If you are not atheist, learn to pray. Prayer helps.

And again, keep your diet simple. Eat greens, a little fruit and some free range chicken. Stay away from pork and limit beef. This is about as best you can do. Understand that we don't live forever and our bodies do break down. Some diseases are genetic in nature and there's not much we can do about that either. But we can try to be as healthy as possible.
