Day 2 Wilson's update

I had to write this is in lieu of the changes that occurred after only one 50mg. dose of Wilson's yesterday morning:

Within 6 hours, the crazies came back...even as I write this I feel that raw adrenaline is shooting thru my veins. Feel abit out of control..the swollen ankle that was seemingly on the mend from being off the Lugols for 7 days flared up this morning as I stepped out of bed - OUCH! I didn't do the 2nd 4 drops last evening...I didn't do the salt flush yesterday either.

Woke up every 2 hours last night. Very light, superficial sleep.

This is every bit as efficacious as the lugols...whew! No zits this morning.

At this point in my detox, Iodine is a huge emotion-buster! Tweet
