I would disagree sorry. It's a time to listen to your body's needs and sometimes that is for exercise and sometimes for rest. Some 'experts' do suggest not to stop your routine if you exercise a lot then continue within reason. Others even suggest to exercise more, especially if you were sedentary of habit beforehand. There is no hard and fast rules for this as far as I can tell from my readings. On my thirty day fast as I have said I continued hard karate training and a full time job with heavy lifting all the way through. In this fast I would like to increase my physical activity as I haven't worked for over two years and haven't been as active as I should have been.
