Started back on Iodine t'day...Wilson's brand!

Will resume 4 drops in the morning with 4 drops before 6pm - 100mg. total. Took the first dose this morning...very smoooooooth. My immediate response was that it wasn't as harsh as the Lugols. No detox reaction as yet.

I must say that I enjoyed the week off the Lugols..my zits disappeared!
