40 - o/t

When I was younger than 40 and queried folks over 40 who pulled out their reading glasses, whom I had previously known to not wear glasses, they all indicated to me that they suddenly started to need reading glasses when they turned 40. When I turned 40, it was like clockwork, within about two months, I found that I too needed reading glasses.

This week, I'm re-reading a book written by an aquaintance of mine named Rob Adams entitled "A Good Hard Kick in the Ass", and am enjoying the clarity of the letters, without those old glasses, following a little detox program I developed.

My question to the over 40 crowd is - Did you find that you needed reading glasses too, like clockwork shortly after turning 40 ? Your reply, either way, is appreciated !
