I can only say how I break my fasts. I would never break a fast with something cooked. After a fast I eat only fruit and fresh juices- either juiced by me or store bought but with no additives at all and not from concentrate. Bananas would not be my first choice- melons, juicy citrus fruits, and later apples and bananas etc. A lot depends on the season and what is ripest and most appeasing at the time. These foods are packed with all the nutrients we need and will continue or complete the cleansing process that fasting with water has begun.
