question about Amish healer ointment

mh I have a young friend who was in a bad car accident a couple of years ago - she is a very beautiful young woman and it was a shame that she was left with a very large scar on her chin. Her face was actually pulled away from the bone and I must say that the doctors have done a good job so far. There have had to be several surgeries and now she is back to normal but has still got this large scar. Well of course I'm wondering if there is any chance that the ointment might help to restore some of her skin back to normal?

Also wondering if there has been any success with skin cancers using it.
