Re: MH, can I have your opinion?

Ideally by age 19 you would not have experienced any periods, but I suppose the average start by age 12/13, etc.

From what I read the healthier you are the less period you will have and the PERIOD has zero to do with being able to have a child. The waste that comes out does so because the woumb is normally a week spot in the body and a place to expel poisons.

So I would assume you were knocked down a notch in your health and it shows in your period. I will assume as you recover all will return to normal.

100 pounds for 5 foot 4 with a clean diet would probably be normal, many 6 foot models weigh 120, etc. and a 6 foot male is suppose to weight no more than 165.

Weight is never a factor as much as health. Thin can mean healthy and thin can also mean very sickly. So how a person feels is always the first question. Fat and fat breast are storage for waste.

NOTE: I picked my son up at high school yesterday and hads to wait and observed 90% of the white girls were basically obese, India type girls thin and Island type girsl short/fat. Mexicans short - broad/strong looking and appeared to me the India type looking girls by far the more healthier of the bunch of a large high school with all races and the normal family average class to poor. Todays food is making a disaster as these kids are addicted so badly before they are adults.
