stalled candida cleanse - what should i do?

I'm a bit new to the whole candida thing. I came round to it because of an allergy specialist i saw last year. i have Psoriasis that was triggered ten years ago by a hyperallergic response to henna, that allowed candida to run riot. I think if i kill the candida i'll get rid of the psoriasis. along with the skin prob I have food allergies and sensitivity to chemicals, but not the digestion problems commonly associated with candida.
i've ditched Sugar and refined carbs, and cut back on alcohol. i was taking a yeaststat supplement and garlic caps twice a day, and probiotics, and applying tea tree oil and coconut oil to my skin 4 times a day. after 10 days of this my skin dramatically improved - the skin patches broke down from white scale into little red pimples as the inflammation reduced. then i got die-off: bloated and sick with cold/flu symptoms and expelling stuff for few days, and then i REALLY got a terrible cold for the next week. My skin got worse again, but not as bad as before i started. I'm now back on track, have added oregano oil, but 10 days later i only have a tiny improvement in my skin.
can anyone give me a clue where to go from here? should i ditch the antifungals and just go on probiotics for a while? or do this flush thing? sorry for the long post
