I went to a bonesetter here in the bay area for a while and she really was great! Too far away from me though - over in Berkely - but she did spend up to an hour at a time working on me when I could go there.

I did not know anything about that atlas stuff - I will have to ask my chiropractor if he focuses on that. Very interesting...
