If you do cave my advice is definately to follow whatever fast breaking regime you've been recommended. I know from personal experience eating non-raw food too quickly afterwards can really get your body wanting more more more. Three days is great! It's way more than a 40-hour famine with barley sugars! Excellent work. And good luck going on with it. Keep listening to your body and just do the best you can this time, that's all you can ever do. :)
