Does anyone know what these are?

During my last Liver Flush last weekend, I passed about 15 small white stones with dark red "legs." The "legs" were no more than about a 1/2" long and each stone had between 4 and 6 "legs" each. I also passed at the same time dark green to brown flat small things about 1/4" to 1/2" long that I thought were spices from salad dressing. I showed them to my husband and neither of us knew what either the white or brown flat things were. I've looked at the images within the forum, but can't find a match for what we saw.

About two days later, he showed me a picture in Dr. Clark's book, The Cure for All Cancers, page 2 of the same things I passed, only mine were white and about half the size shown. We have this book because my husband is working on cancer (and doing great), but we do all of her protocol together. Although this was probably our 15th Lflush, it was my first one using the RSG-1 zapper for about a week and so perhaps, I rattled something loose, you think? (My husband hasn't passed anything like this yet.)

So, does anyone know what these were? (And are those images in her book microscopic or "life-size?"
