I am reading book one but so far it seems that it is mostly about the why's of eating this way and I am already convinced - it's a big book so I haven't yet located the instructional part where it tells you the hows. This is exactly the information I was looking for. Thank you so much - I want to do the cleanses first I think, as I don't think I am ready for a fast yet. I have not been very successful with them in the past because I get so hungry that I usually have broken down after a while and begun to eat again - so then I feel like a failure. I suspect that it would be better for me to ease up to it - get used to eating less - which I am already - and begin to get my body cleansed and then maybe try a short 3 day fast at first and progress on to longer ones.
