oleander soup?

What do you think about this oleander soup thing doc - people are being advised to make their own and take it to cure cancer etc. One person who has been given 6 months....

Seems weird to me but maybe I'm too cautious. I used to have to be real careful thinning oleander out because of the toxicity. There are detailed directions given, but I would be too scared to try it since you can easily make a mistake. I could anyway.

Just curious what you think of it.
