white spot on my eye doc!

Hi doc

This morning I was examining my eyes re: Steven1 posting that the eyes can show a lot about disease and I saw this little white bump in the white of my eye just left of the iris. I am freaked!!!!! I never noticed it before as it is white on white and I don't usually look so closely at my eyes.

Any Idea what it might be doc? I hope it will leave as I go through my healing process. Can it be cataracts starting or something - I had an eye exam recently and he never mentioned it said everything looked good but I didn't have the glaucoma test because I had to drive home.
