mh says that Dr, Christopher says it's poison and it has killed people I think - If i heard it correctly - I actually doubt that it could do anything to correct the plantar fascitis (caused by flat feet) People rub it in to help with the pain though - Plantar fascitis is when the tendons on the bottom of the feet get torn and it is hard to mend because when you walk the next day they tend to retear - so you have to wear splints to keep your feet flexed all night so they will heal in that position and hopefully there is not so much retearing the next day - it takes a long time to heal and mine is so bad - I've had it for over 5 years on and off and really bad the last couple ever since I had a job that was on my feet for 8 hours every day and no relief from the pain.
I was actually just curious to know why it is used internally and why it seemed to give me a headach when I tried to use it to ease the pain.
