And you know what...I think I had a jealous pang...And I don't have a jealous bone in my body and besides that I weigh 115 pounds...I am 5'4".

He states "The care exercised in breaking a fast is commonly proportioned to the length of a fast. Then he gives an example of breaking a 14 day fast with juicy fruits and later on vegetables. He ends the chapter with this statement "But the most important advice, for all fasters, at the breakfast point, is this: GO SLOWLY!
