Re: cleansing effect (or lack thereof) in fruit diet/juicing compared to vegetable juicing

Are all the veggies alkaline? - I always thought they were but now not sure since you said juice the alkaline veggies and not sure what you meant. Also I heard that the barefoot hebalists herbs for all types of cleansing are the best and the purest because he gathers them himself and makes the formulas himself. I have not tried them yet as I have just switched my diet around and am waiting to order them until I get a check for a job I just did. But other people have been raving about them and Dr. Sutter recommends them too.
