Re: Recipe for Topknot - where ?

Hi Piz
Well I'm sixty two and I die my hair and I know that's bad. I am actually kinda salt and pepper and I wouldn't mind it getting back to the natural color. I wonder if it can work for someone as old as me.

First things first I gues - I'm new so I'm just trying to figure out what to do first - I have begun by eliminating most animal products except a few eggs and all dairy except 2 ounces of yogurt - all grains and I of course eat nothing processed or packaged at al - just fresh freits and veggies - organic or from my yard - I am feeling better but I do want to start a cleansing process and am trying to decide where to begin. Also am waiting for a check to come for a job I did so I can purchase mh's herbs.

Where did you start? There is so much info I'm kind of overwhelmed and I want to get a real program to follow... Can't figure out from what I've read if I'm supposed to do things one at a time or all at once? or if it's custom for each individual to decide...

Any suggestions?

Thanks
