Hi Fornickels; The Herxheimer's is another title for Curing crisis aka retracing. You get flu like symptoms when curing; that is, MOST people do. There are precious few who do not feel yukki when they are healing.

Make sure you are doing it properly. Maybe the oil you are using is not the one for you. Try another oil or better yet, try another time of day. Tweet
