Just use the syringe as instructed you will get the proper amount of vitamin E.Only wash the outside of the syringe leaving any vitamin E coating the inside syringe wall in place.There as been no reported mold or bacteria side effects.As the oil lays on top of the water,place the end of the syringe in the oil and suck it up together with the water.Please keep us posted.sheldon
