And the bonus is that they taste so good. Tis kind of snack is what people should be giving their kids instead of all those cheese doodles and cokes. I bet there are abandoned fruit trees in other areas of the country too. Plus there are numerous wild blackberry bushes here and they are producing amazing fruit right now. We just live in an apt and we have a small one in our yard - It doesn't have any fruit though - but right sdown the driveway there is a bib one with tons of natures' bounty.

Thanks for you input on dehydrating - we are continuing to stock up the dehydrator is going all day every day. Wow the tomatoes are amazing!
