Re: Anyone have Major Die-off with just Pro-biotics?

I have been taking Probitics for about a month, and I am now have massive symtoms I presume are die off, such as diarrhea has got worse, pins and needs and pain, in hands aND ARMS.........cant even tye properly now.....feel miserable, tired etc. have not been out of the house in a week, cuse Have crohns disease, so I hope this is what it is............
