thanks for these post about one of my favorite all time healers - cayenne. I've always used the powdered kind and didn't even know about the liquid - can anyone tell me if it is something you can make from the powder? And how is this done - I assume that it is described in some of mh's and Dr. Christophers writings but I have not come to that part yet and I am kind of anxious to know more about it now. Thanks again for any feedback.
