What worked for me


I suffered from adult Acne and I can relate to what you wrote because I follow a healthy lifestyle. I always thought my Acne didnīt reflect how healthy my diet and my general life style was.

Now that my Acne is controlled, I want to share with you what worked for me:

1) Cleanses: bowel, parasite and liver. About four times a year. I followed Hulda Clark īs parasite and liver cleanse program and I am on the maintenance program now.

I noticed a dramatic change, especially after my second liver cleanse.

There is plenty of informtation about the cleanses in this site.

2) Eating flaxseeds on a daily basis. I eat them (about a third of a cup) with my breakfast. I let them soak in water for 10 minutes and then I eat them. They have really made a difference. I think it is because of they are rich in omega-3 and phytoestrogens.

3) Healthy lifestyle. You already follow it, so I am not going into details.

As for the Diane (35 or 50) mentioned in one response to your message. I have a cousin who has been taking it for 10 years now in spite of the seconday effects. If she leaves it, she gets severe acne. I am familiar with the medical literature that come along with it and it does great damage your cardiovascular system and liver.
