In 6 years of posting,no negative side effects have been reported or posted.If the drops of red blood are seen after the recent enemas,it could be you are inserting the enema too far or the lubricant at the tip is too light to be effective.Try petroleum jelly.Also could be an open colon sore near the rectal end of the colon which will heal later.
