I'm thinking of adding the P&B shakes to the MC. I'm on day 5 of the MC--is it too late to start? What kind of results will I expect if I do the P&B for only 4 days? Is it worth it? Also, I haven't heard anything about the difficulty (i.e. taste, consistency) of the shakes. I remember taking psyilium during a juice cleanse and it was an awful gelatinous substance, far worse that the SWF. Any thoughts? Thanks.
