While fasting, I always enjoy conjuring up stuff I will be eating when I resume that activity.
But I digress. I have consumed lots of icky mixtures along the cleansing trail, but this one apparently works (people have been tested for heavy metals before and after), actually chelating metals from the body! And YUMMMM!
Chelating Cilantro Pesto
Two bunches cilantro, well washed, stems removed
1/2 cup raw almonds or brazil nuts (preferred)
Good oil (EVOO, flax etc.) to facilitate blending
Pinch of Sea Salt
I sometimes throw in a clove of garlic
Whizzzzzz well until pestoed. Eat 1-2 T. daily for 2-3 weeks. I love this stuff on cold medallions of chicken breast, slices of very ripe red tomato, or spread on whole grain toast.
